SYNOPSIS

This is a foundation specialty course designed for peace officers who are currently assigned or will be assigned to investigate sensitive cases and investigations.

OBJECTIVE

This course will provide concepts, techniques, and investigative skills for newly assigned narcotic officers, task force agents, plainclothes officers, tactical officers, and uniform patrol who are or may be assigned to assist specialized units and operations. The course is also designed to enhance the effectiveness of the individual investigator in performing the multi-disciplined, multi-leveled tasks and duties necessary to conduct comprehensive special unit investigations and operations.

INSTRUCTOR

Epi Sevillo is a retired Special Agent Supervisor and Task Force Commander. He has 34 years of public service, 4 years in the United States Marine Corps attached to a special warfare airborne combat unit and 30 years as a law enforcement veteran.
