HIDTA Performance Management Process

SYNOPSIS

This course will provide instruction to new HIDTA participants and will provide updates and refresher training to current users in the use of WebPMP v.2 for recording, reviewing and extracting data via reports and tables, as well as explaining and discussing the guidelines for the performance management process (PMP) including how the process fits into the HIDTA philosophy, definitions of key terms, establishing predictive expected values, recording actual accomplishments and final reporting.

The WebPMP v.2 program collects and reports initiative performance data, and knowing the data rules and process guidelines is critical to accurately recording the data required by the HIDTA program.  This course teaches the program’s features and tools, including the latest software updates, and it includes the data rules and process guidelines required by HIDTA policy.

OBJECTIVE

Students will receive knowledge, skills and abilities to become proficient in entering required data into the HIDTA Performance Management Process database.
