SYNOPSIS
The Drug Enforcement Administration will be conducting a Basic Narcotics Investigator School March 2, 2020 through March 13, 2020. The subjects include but are not limited to:
Drug Identification and Pharmacology
Confidential Source Management
Basic Undercover Operations
Basic Surveillance
Basic Financial Investigations
and various other topics relating to narcotics investigations
OBJECTIVE
This is an 80 hour course requiring students to attend all classes and pass all examinations for successful completion. This course will include classroom lectures, group discussions, individual and group exercises, practical field problems, scenarios and tests. All classes will be conducted Monday through Friday. The hours for instruction will vary and will include at least one evening practical exercise.

REGISTRATION
This course is free. Students will be responsible for associated travel, lodging and meal expenses.
All participants must be full-time, sworn law enforcement officers and considered “On-Duty” while attending the course.
