The 2026 Oregon Prevention Summit will convene prevention leaders, community innovators, educators, and tribal partners to reimagine and strengthen substance use and mental health prevention across Oregon.

Highlight current efforts and future directions in the primary prevention of substance use and mental health conditions in Oregon’s youth.
Understand unique local prevention needs and priorities to directly inform statewide strategy.
Foster culturally responsive approaches across sectors to strengthen primary prevention systems, school-based programs, and community flourishing.
Assess workforce needs in training, evaluation, and technical assistance.
Explore the roles of key partners, including HIDTA and the Oregon National Guard, in advancing prevention efforts.
